  1. Introduction
    1. Welcome to wholemart.com.ph ("the Site"). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the platform. By accessing the site, you agree to be bound by the said Terms and Conditions.
    2. To place an order, you must be over eighteen (18) years old. If you are under eighteen (18), you may place an order only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
    3. Wholemart PH reserves the right to change, alter, modify, suspend any feature of this site at any given time or as mandated by law.
    4. Your personal data protection is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy.
  2. User Access
    1. You will be asked to sign in or create a user account. However, you still have an option to use the site as a guest.
    2. When you sign up,you will be asked to create a user account and password. We recommend that you do not share your user credentials with anyone.
  3. Products
    1. All product descriptions are subject to change without prior notice and at our sole discretion.
    2. Any product may be delisted at any given time.
  4. Pricing
    1. Prices are inclusive of VAT and are in Philippine Peso.
    2. Price changes without prior notice. Price to be paid at the checkout shall be based on the prevailing price at the time we process your order.
    3. In case of price differences,we will notify you and you shall be given an option to confirm, change or cancel your order.
  5. Mode of Payment
    1. Currently, you can pay using these options:
      • Cash on Delivery (COD): The rider or delivery personnel will receive your payment upon delivery. This payment option is only applicable to our registered users.
      • iPay88.
      • PayPal.
  6. Deliveries
    1. Orders received on or before 5:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
    2. Next Day Delivery applies to Metro Manila and Rizal areas. Same day delivery is now available in Metro Manila. Orders for Cavite and Laguna areas will be delivered within the week. We will send you an SMS at least a day before the delivery schedule.
    3. Wholemart currently delivers to selected locations (Metro Manila and selected areas in the provinces of Rizal, Cavite, and Laguna). Pick up option is also available at Wholemart’s satellite office in Quezon City.
    4. Items will be delivered using the appropriate packaging materials to preserve the quality of the products.
    5. Delivery time is in between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We cannot give an exact time as it will depend on the number of drops in the area. If there are problems concerning the delivery, we will notify you in advance.
    6. Subdivision entrance fee & other fees are to be shouldered by the buyer.
    7. In an event that no one receives the delivery, we will send you an email about re-delivery. Re-delivery charge is equivalent to the of the applicable delivery rates related to the delivery destination. Re-delivery date is subject to available delivery slot.
    8. Change of delivery address will no longer be accepted once order has been processed.
    9. In case your delivery address is not accessible or cannot be located, you will be notified via SMS or phone call. However, failure on your part to answer reply promptly will result to delivery cancellation and will be subjected to redelivery charge.
    10. For deliveries to offices or condominiums, riders or delivery personnel will be allowed to use elevator. Access via stairs is highly discouraged for their safety.
    11. Failure to deliver due to force majeure will not be considered as failure on the part of Wholemart PH. Force Majeure are as follows: a) acts of God (flood, typhoon, earthquake, fire), b) strike, lock-outs, other industrial actions, c) pandemic as declared by the government or World Health Organization (WHO), d) explosion, civil commotion, riot, terrorist attack.
  7. Replacement, Return & Refund
    1. Replacement can be made if you received an incorrect or damaged item.
    2. Replacement or return will be allowed within 7 days from date of purchase, provided item is on its original packaging state.
    3. Request for refund applies only to cash transactions. Reversal will be done for credit card transaction subject to the bank guidelines and lead time.
  8. Amendments
    1. Wholemart PH reserves the right to change, amend, revise and update the Terms and Conditions of this site.
