COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
No Thawing, Cook from frozen.
DEEP-FRY: Deep-fry fillets in pre-heated oil at 180°C (4-5 mins).
BAKE: Bake fillets in pre-heated oven at 220°C and flip halfway through (18-20 mins).
AIR-FRY: Air-fry at 190°C for 12 mins and then flip and air-fry for 4 more mins.
Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 74°C.
